This jewel is just steps from the Ocean, in the heart of Buxton. A Private one Bedroom suite, attached to our family home. A private entry and porch, overlooks visiting deer & wildlife. Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 15-Oct 15) & hot tub. This is our personal family home, also known as AllInnAvonBeachHouse, and we are hoping to find renters who are looking for the same amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable experiences as we do. This home is incredibly spacious, perfect for 2-3 families, lots of space to sit and relax and enjoy meals together. This area is sought out for surfing, fishing, shell collecting. Beach chairs, cornhole set, basketballs, beach toys all included.

This brand new tiny house (Mini Mahalo) completed in 2023 has amazing ocean views from the semi-oceanfront lot. Just steps to the beach with a great outdoor shower and hot tub. The bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and great ocean views. The kitchenette has a microwave, breville countertop oven, dishwasher, blender, small drip coffee maker and a kitchen sink. There is an outdoor propane grill underneath the house.
