This comfortable beach cottage is located just one house back from the ocean, but offers great ocean/sound views from 4 decks. Imagine, just steps to the beautiful Frisco Beach! The top level is open layout, cathedral ceilings, and a spacious kitchen. This level also provides access to both the ocean-facing sun deck and the back sun deck. The first level master BR has a private deck. Although the listing says it’s a 13 minute walk to the beach, that likely includes packing the cooler time!

Under the house is covered parking, a charcoal park grill, picnic table, and a large outdoor shower. The house is a quick 7-minute walk to the beach, the sound, and the pool, it is also convenient walking distance to area restaurants, stores, and the big a big chain grocery store.
