This is a cozy, clean, safe, private and beautiful apartment located in a good area near to the Barbosa Ave. (Metro Area), UPR (Puerto Rico Univ.) and The Mall of San Juan. It's ONLY 9 min from the LMM Int'l Airport (SJU), 12 min from Isla Verde's Beach, 13 min from Condado and 20 min from the Old San Juan. Food, ATM's, groceries are walking distance. The place has full kitchen with cookware and dining table. The bedroom includes a 50" SMART TV, A/C unit and a big closet with mirror doors.
