It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. *No Pets

The Flood Family Lake House

The Flood Family Lake House is a vacation home that offers a comfortable, safe, & fun environment for families. We have spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cookware & dining ware. Plus a recent upgrade to Starlink wifi! Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

Inflatable kayak and fishing poles for use on the pond or at nearby Lake Arbutus! UTV and Jet Ski rental available on site. We do have a 4 person can-am maverick and 2 Sea Doo jet skis available. This beautiful cabin is located on the ATV and snowmobile trails and is also within walking distance to Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area for winter sports fun! Levi’s Mound is nearby, within 6 miles with some great biking trails! Lake Arbutus is just a short ATV ride away for all of your water sports fun! Bring your fishing poles! A well stocked catch and release pond is right off the back porch, with crappie, bluegill, bass, and catfish.
