Twin Shepherd's Huts with lovely views & sunsets across the valley - perfect for families wanting a glamping experience. The main hut has en-suite shower room with flushing loo, kitchen, table and king size bed and wood-burning stove. The family hut has a bench seating area that converts to king size bed & 2 single bunks. Outside there is loo shed with flushing loo & wash hand basin. Both huts are fully insulated, heated - lovely all year round. Guests need to bring their own sheets and towels

The Studio

The Studio is very pretty & secluded so you feel that is nothing else around you ,it's so peacefull & quiet .when you enter inside you have a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities with washer dryer ,aside the kitchen is a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower soft towels ,toilet & basin,the living area has comfortable armchairs & a wall bed with beautifully linen & tastefully decorated white walls ,there is also a log fire which is supplied with logs for the winter.

Hop Pickers Retreat is found in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on the Kent and East Sussex border. Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

Cosy, well-equipped Studio in Oak-Beamed Stable

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This historic oak-beamed stable set within the grounds of a former Kent farm, is the perfect base for those wishing for a weekend away or longer to explore the Kent and Sussex countryside. With access to a large garden at the rear with amenities including a firepit, outside dining and seating area, BBQ, Hammock and pond jetty. Use of a large bell tent can also be included for an additional fee.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
