Main floor offers open concept kitchen, bathroom, living room, wood stove & pull-out couch. Upstairs there is a loft with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a queen bed. Perfect for a romantic getaway, there are meadows and ponds to explore, with trails through mature hardwood and cedar forests. For the rock hound there is an old mineral rich pink calcite gravel pit to explore. Enjoy the amazing views from the Balcony, gaze at the night sky, commune with the horses and marvel in the sights and sounds of nature while you refresh your soul.

This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.

Our little cottage sits nestled in pines overlooking beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake. We are near Algonquin Park. The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting in the screened in porch overlooking a spectacular view or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . Satellite tv as well.

The Woodland Escape

Step back in time. Experience living in a one room cabin heated by a wood stove and lit by candles and lanterns. Your bathroom is an outhouse. There is no running water or electricity. You can ski, snowshoe or hike on the 40 acre property. Also, within minutes of the cabin are numerous trail systems, lakes and beaches. Retreat style cottage + wood fired sauna

A private lakeside retreat with all-day sun and sunsets, featuring the main cabin, wood sauna, kayaks and rowboat, private shoreline and docks. Unlimited WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, two fire pits, docks, excellent swimming (clean and weed free) on a private forested property. It is 15 minutes to Haliburton with many stores.
