A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Whilst downstairs the cosy sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove & the spacious kitchen leads to a courtyard garden.

The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, and towels. Wood fired hot tub is an additional charge. Payable at check in.

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. Situated in the heart of the old town this beautiful 3-storey grade 2 listed townhouse is a perfect place to relax with sea views over the East hill and the Fishermans' huts. On the doorstep, are the shops and all amenities Hastings Old Town has to offer, be it restaurants to suit all budgets, numerous pubs, antiques and junk shops as well as all the traditional attractions you would expect from this eclectic seaside town.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
