Hollyhock Cottage

Hollyhock Cottage offers welcoming accommodation within the beautiful Kent countryside. With 2 double bedrooms and one twin, the cottage can sleep up to 6 people. A travel cot is available on request. ​The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with woodburner. At the back of the cottage is a spacious conservatory, ideal for dining. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower room and w.c. on the first floor. Outside is off-road parking and a private garden with BBQ.

Rustic 2 Bed South Stable. Heart of the Kent Downs

The South Stable is a unique, recently redecorated stable with a little bit of Morden rustic country living thrown in. A beautiful renovation with wool carpets, handmade kitchen and top-end appliances, its scrumptious dark green bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath and plaster walls. We've furnished the with many modern touches, large original art, pottery, uncovered original beams, oak storage, and a complete underfloor heating system. We look forward to welcoming you. The Honey Barn

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside off of a country lane overlooking fields with stunning views towards the village of Mersham. Relax and enjoy countryside walks, where you can spot the local farm animals, sheep and lambs in the spring, and the gentle trot of horses along the lane from the nearby stables. Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

The Granary

The Granary is a charming countryside retreat in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just outside Wye. Sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms, a cosy living space, wood-burning stove, and modern kitchen. Children very welcome. One well-behaved dog also welcome. Secure bike storage and parking available. Great for walkers and cyclists, with the North Downs Way nearby. Wye village and its farmers’ market (1st & 3rd Sat) are close by, with easy train links to London, Canterbury & the coast.

The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusbourne and Chapel Down.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Jewel in the Garden of England - 1 bedroom

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Tranquil grade II listed barn next to windmill

Built in 1630 The Old Granary Barn looks on to one of Kent's last working windmills. It's on the Minnis, where cattle and sheep graze. An idyllic and tranquil spot, 8 miles from the historic city of Canterbury. The Old Granary Barn is only 500m from a great pub and a very friendly, well stocked village shop which has everything you may need during your stay. The windmill is open every Sunday and bank holidays throughout the summer for guided tours and cream teas.
