This architecturally designed villa with sea views on Resarö is very peaceful. The living room has 7 meter high cealing. The social areas are spacious with the living room, kitchen, terass with barbeque/pizza oven and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m2 house. The pool is open during maj-sept. No pets allowed. Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Enkel toalett och dusch ca 90 meter ifrån. Endast dusch under sommaren. Max plats för 2 personer.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Parkeringsplats som rymmer 2 bilar och laddstolpe finns.

Modern and well equipped apartment. The apartment has a small bedroom, a family room with kitchen and sofa, a bathroom, a small wardrobe, separate entrance and patio. In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming. We have wifi (fiber) good for streaming.

Välkommen till vår fridfulla sommarstuga 300m till bryggan där man kan bada och sola, gångavstånd till stränder och enbart 30min med tåget från Bro C till Stockholm C. I närheter finns golfbana, slott, samt stor handelsplats enbart 4min med bil. Stuga har två sovrum med dubbelsängar på 160cm,matrum,vardagsrum utan tv , toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin ligger i separat stuga med trappa ner.
