Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.

Completely renovated and refurbished conveniently located Cape Cod Home. Walk to sound side beach 8/10 mile to beach, bring kayak to use on the river next door, restaurants and shopping are steps away. Note to parents with small children: this house is situated between two busy main roads and has no yard space to play or run around and may not be suitable for young children.

The home offers two porches, the screened in front porch with rocking chairs and the back porch for your barbecues with the provided gas grill. FYI, the cottage has a second floor which is not part of the rental. The second floor will be unoccupied and locked. It is only a short walk to Inman Beach on Nantucket Sound ( under half a mile).
