Located in the Ryder's Cove area of Chatham MA. The main house consist of 3 bedrooms; 2 on the second floor and 1 on the first floor. Solar panels for electrical support and for the generation of solar hot water. A backup generator will support the entire house during extreme weather conditions. A separate garage/building on the property consist of a 1 bedroom, 1 bath in-law apartment with a Level 2 EV charger that can be rented out for the season or by the week in addition to the main house.

This beautiful family home is everything you are looking for in a Cape Cod escape. There are two immaculate houses on the same property with 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Located on a quiet, secluded private road, walking distance to Jackknife Beach and only a 7 minute drive to downtown Chatham. Spend time together in the sunroom, or take advantage of the spacious, fenced-in backyard, two outdoor decks, 2 grills for outdoor cooking and two outdoor showers. A/C in both houses.
