A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Ideally located, it is only a one minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom occupying a converted building in the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Welcome to The Garden Room, our studio mini-flat above the garage in our cottage grounds, loved by friends and family. It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people, or a longer stay for one.
