*NEW* Paddlewhacks is a group of 5 cabins nestled along the Big Cypress Bayou towards Caddo Lake. We are right on the water yet a one minute drive into Downtown Jefferson. It is the best of both worlds-unique shopping and restaurants with immediate access to canoeing and fishing. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open concept living/dining areas, small kitchen, and a front patio. Every cabin comes with a canoe, paddles, life jackets, and access to our group firepit and private kayak ramp.

Cypress Haven: Waterfront Retreat on Big Cypress Bayou Experience the tranquility of what Caddo offers at Cypress Haven! 750 yards from the 31 boat ramp, Cypress Haven is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin nestled right on the waterfront of Big Cypress Bayou. Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Serenity House - Caddo Lake House

The modern amenities of this serene lake cabin are matched only by the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding Caddo Lake. Caddo Lake is the only natural lake in Texas. This beautiful home comes equipped with a boat house for your enjoyment. Guests can bring their boat and utilize the boat lift which is available upon request. Have fun exploring the many boat lanes. Kayaks are available. Life jackets, fishing equipment, diving board on the swimming deck all add to your water enjoyment.

You will love the luxury walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Then rest comfortably in the queen size bed with luxury linens.

Located on the beautiful Caddo Lake tucked away in the quiet wooded cove of Buzzard Bay in the middle of the Big Lake. This spacious, one of a kind cabin is located at Buzzard Bay Landing and RV Park in Karnack, Texas right next to the Texas/Louisiana border.
