The Scenic Hills Getaway is an enchanting escape to enjoy all that the stunning Texas Hill Country has to offer. Come soak in a relaxing evening on our string-light lit front porch enjoying vibrant sunsets and breathtaking views. Or use this as home base to explore the countless local attractions with over 100 wineries and vineyards nearby, Kerrville downtown (8 min), Fredericksburg main St. (20 min), Bandera (30 min), and so much more. Conveniently within an hour of San Antonio Int'l Airport.

Farmhouse @ Tres Molinos

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. TM is horse friendly w/stalls & arena, contact us for more information.

Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

DECOMPRESS without having to drive far for your evening entertainment Wild Fox Cabin is on an unpaved/private road, through a MANUAL gate, and on our back twenty acres for an adventure in the country. STARGAZING is a must. The porches overlook cows, HORSES and deer-your ONLY neighbors. The cabin is decorated in wood, tin, antiques, cowhide, and TX themes. Kitchenette only. Located between Kerrville, Harper and Fredericksburg, the perfect location for visiting local wineries, shopping, theater and more. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is situated on 56 private acres with lots of wildlife and views. Built in 2021, the modern farmhouse-style cottage is clean, comfy and cute as a button--just right for up to 4 people. Please note that the property is not designed to accommodate young children.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

Historical Fredericksburg is a scenic 20 minute drive and after a day of wine tours, shopping or hiking, the cabins’ 66” Copper Tub will be waiting for a relaxing bath. Nature awaits behind the private security gates for taking a leisurely walk on the half mile “driveway” or venture out on country roads and enjoy the wildlife.

Spotted Sheep Farms is located on 8 private acres and features two separate properties. The Villa at Spotted Sheep Farms, an Italian style 1,800 square foot home with beautiful finishes and a luxurious huge master suite. The property is home to animals and wild life including alpacas, miniature donkeys, and of course, spotted sheep! It’s perfect for a getaway, relaxing, enjoying some of Texas' best wineries, Fredericksburg shopping and the quiet evening in the hot tub.
