A 3 minute golf cart drive away from our three gorgeous beach's with tennis, squash, swimming pools and slides for the children being just a few of the activities available. Fishing, river rowing, surfing ,lagoon walk are further activities to add to the abundance that Princes Grant has to offer.

Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

WARNING - this property contains many steps to the beach This unit is suitable for only 2 guests. We do not accept extra guests and we do not allow children in this unit. Guests also have access to the shared splash pool situated next to the unit. Parking is in a designated parking area on the private road. This area is monitored by security cameras.
