The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

This place is only for one person who wants a nice affordable base to get out and explore the city. you can be anywhere in Manhattan in 5-20 mins with the 456 trains only a few blocks away (Midtown 5 mins on train, Union Square 10 mins, Chinatown 20 mins) these will also get you to Brooklyn in no time. Harlem is an authentic NYC experience the neighborhood is a little rough but be polite and mind your business and you won't have any problems. VERY QUICK EXPRESS BUS TO LAGUARDIA AIRPORT

Its a very spacious (800 sq ft) home with an 800 sq ft garden /patio with right outside your bedroom door ! Despite the country-quiet, you are only 100 feet away from the subway which gets you in to the center of Manhattan in 8-10 minutes… I am always available to help as I live on the premises :) No pets allowed without consent.
