The cozy home, originally built in the 60s with a couple updates since, is nestled in the heart of the Island. Whether you're unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a cool breeze on the porch. This home has a lot of its original character, imperfect floors and doors. But it’s clean and ready for memories!

This cozy, well-equipped 3-bed, 1.5-bath bungalow is ready to be the basecamp for your next getaway! Perfectly positioned between Cape Pointe Marina and the Cape Lookout ferry, and a short 500-foot stroll to a public water access park, you are minutes away from being on the water! There is ample space for boat and car parking and the “Cadillac of outdoor showers” is ready to wash your worries away before you relax on the deck, enjoying the view of Shackelford Banks. Keep an eye out for dolphins!

House is stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities and other conveniences so all you need to do is show up ready to relax!
