This beautiful home has a fenced in backyard and views from the backyard that leads out to Chesapeake bay. Variety of fish to catch off the dock. Many local hiking trails and beautiful state parks. Sweet Bay Overlook

Take it easy at this unique home overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy watching the amazing sunsets on the bluff as the eagles, ospreys and boats drift by. Our little house was built in the 1960’s by a brick mason who was very good at his trade. In recent years, the home had fallen into disrepair, but a talented Amish craftsman purchased the house and renovated it from top to bottom. The Sweet Bay that you see today reflects his incredible attention to detail and quality.

Waterfront cabin home - 9+ private wooded acres

Gunpowder Cabin is a peaceful getaway set on 9+ wooded acres and a private drive in Northern Maryland, just an hour from Baltimore. With a half mile of hiking trails, and over 600 feet of frontage on Octoraro Creek, there are numerous options for taking in the natural beauty: warm up by our two firepits, lounge in a hammock, take a dip in the river, or fish for trout from the shoreline. A secluded retreat that feels remote, but moments from the civilization you came to escape.

Cabin on the Creek ~ Kayaks and Fire Pit

Unwind in our cabin tucked away on a private lane mins from Chestertown. We are situated on 6.5 wooded acres, perched up on 100’ bluff overlooking Churn Creek, a tributary off the Chesapeake Bay. Idyllic water views framed by a canopy of oak trees. Enjoy nature as you relax outside by the fire pit or stroll down to the ‘point’ to take in wildlife, or take a kayak out to explore the creek and water fowl. Deer come up through the woods and are often spotted on the property.

Waterfront Oasis. Spacious handicap accessible 3 bedroom apartment with a stunning water views. Granite countertops with a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable furnishings. Bathroom is handicap accessible. Dock space for boat/water toys. kayaks & paddleboards with tiki bar right across the river in the summer. Golf putting/driving range areas. ping pong, pool tables, foosball table, hot tub. We also have another more luxury unit on the garage side.

Enjoy your private apartment and deck on the water or come sit down by the waterfront and watch the Ospreys, herons, ducks and the occasional eagle. Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI. You will have private parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.
