Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Located next to beautiful Umina beach!! Only 30 metres walk to the sand, sea and sunrise. Enjoy the sound of the ocean while reading a book or dining in our lovely cottage & courtyard. 20 metres to popular cafes, parks, Kids play Ground, bike/skateboard track, basketball & Tennis crts. 8 min walk to popular Umina shopping strip. Our cottage has one King bed, one King single bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed. Most suited to a couple, or couple with one or two young children.

Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Moments walk to the centre of Ettalong and the beach this brand new 1 bedroom guest suite includes a living area, separate bedroom and bathroom. The entrance hall, front verandah and courtyard are also for exclusive guest use. Airconditioned, queen size bed, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Ettalong and it's restaurants, markets and cinemas. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Free wifi and netflix.

Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults). Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.
