To ensure a great start to your stay you will find a welcome basket containing essentials to make you feel comfortable after your journey and maybe some sweet retro treats.

This fantastic two bedroom apartment is a stones throw from all Northampton has to offer. Just 5 minutes from the city centre and university, everything is within walking distance. The flat is on the first floor of a lovely apartment building. There is a spacious, open plan living dining area with adjoining kitchen, as well as a great double bedroom and single bedroom. There’s two car parks (St John’s and Albion Place) just round the corner which are £2/night or £8/day.

Self-contained annexe in central village location

Come and relax in our newly renovated annexe. You’ll have complete privacy in this separate accommodation, but we live next door so if there is anything you need, we’re only a message (or knock) away. The annexe comes complete with its own kitchenette to prepare simple meals using the microwave and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities, fruit juice, cereals and milk are also provided. There is a TV in the bedroom for watching iPlayer, Netflix or other TV apps.

The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
