A one-bedroom carriage house apartment in a newly constructed lowcountry cottage located in the beautiful Stock Farm neighborhood of Historic Old Town Bluffton within walking distance of the many restaurants, galleries, shops and historic buildings this charming town has to offer. Comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated, "The Bluffton Bird House" features new kitchen appliances, a full-size stacked LG washer and dryer and all the amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

This clean, comfortable 2100 sqft, unique 2 bedroom Lowcountry home is on the New River surrounded by 1000’s of acres of old rice fields, marshlands and wildlife. It is well appointed with vaulted ceilings and windows galore to capture the view of the water and sunsets. There are 6 decks to sit, sun, grill, dine or swim. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, large LR and well equipped kitchen. We are 12 miles to Savannah, 7 to Bluffton, 15 to Hilton Head. There’s an i-waveV air purifier in the A/C

Peacefull and private

Peacefull and private. The RV is a 2017 38ft motorhome. It is parked next to a 1/2 acre pond with fish, ducks, ospreys, egrets, lots of other wildlife. You have your own porch over the pond. There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There is a large awning. There are also horses, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, ferrets, baby racoons and squerrals.
