This cozy and unique guest house locates in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. We were inspired by rural France when decorated it yet we made sure it had all modern amenities! Both main and guest house sit on a 2 acres fenced lot which is large enough to provide you privacy. There is a sizeable pond on a property which is stocked with fish. Enjoy the views and sounds of a nature and don’t be surprised if you see gopher turtles:) Down town Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte both are about 15 mins away

1)Beautiful newer build house on 2 acres 1800sq/ft with 3 BR and 2 bath sleeps up to 8. 2)Has a large above ground pool 18' x 33' and a large fish pond and outdoor bar/BBQ and tropical landscape parking for 4 cars. 3)15mins drive from downtown Punta Gorda with lots of great restaurants little shops and bars with live music and much more, 7mins drive closest store winn-dixie. 4)10 mins drive to Punta Gorda airport. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with large oak trees on a dead end street.

Seasonal vacation rental with Heated pool

The living room has a 65 " smart TV,wall mounted with a LCD Fireplace below with surround sound- All TV's have Netflix.The bar room has a small refrigerator,pool table and dart board.Outside has a private lanai with Heated pool and a propane firepit.Enjoy the sonos sound with 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom the second bedroom also has a TV. The bar room,also has sonos as well as the lanai.30 minutes from several beaches.The garage will not be available.Home located in a quiet Cul de Sac

Sea Blue - 3/2 Home with Screened-in Heated Pool

We trust you will enjoy our lovely home, Sea Blue Vista. We’ve tried to include everything you’ll need for an great stay, including a well-supplied kitchen, an office space, a small library, enough comfortable beds (and pullouts) for everyone, a heated pool, a grill, and sufficient patio furniture. If you get a chance, visit my personal favorite, the nearby Peace River Garden. Also check out Port Charlotte Beach Park (8 miles away) or Ponce De Leon Park and on-site wildlife refuge (free).

Waterfront Paradise with Heated Pool & Dock

Make some memories at this waterfront oasis family-friendly place. This spacious home has a beautiful pool over looking a canal. The unique backyard boasts wonderful views, and has activities that you can do. The master has a king bed with an amazing bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and the third has a queen sofa with a desk to get your work done. There is a nice size living room, and the very large kitchen will give you plenty of room to cook and entertain. Paradise awaits you.

Waterfront home features open floor plan with no stairs. Terrazzo flooring throughout this main floor home with scenic RIVER views throughout, a spacious Lanai looking over nature, set in quite waterfront community yet all conveniences and amenities of nearby shopping, sandy beaches, popular eating and site seeing old Florida. Sweeping yard and nature views. Enjoy evening on the patio taking in the sunset. Enjoy hiking, Kayaking, fishing etc. 15 minutes to downtown/airport

Amazing Peace River Views

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

2 room suite private bathroom & entry.

Enjoy your own 2 room suite in this lovely secluded neighborhood. The bamboo floors and light colored wood make your space bright and cheerful. The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.
