Hello! I’m Eric and welcome to my newly constructed, beautiful guest suite located in the newest neighborhood in Hanford. You are just a hop skip and a jump from shopping and dining. About 2 miles from Adventist health hospital. This is a guest suite attached to main house. There may be other guests in the main house during your stay. So there might be noise heard on both sides as both spaces share a wall. Please be mindful of noise especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Thank you.

A PET FRIENDLY HOME. Has 3 furnished queen sized bed with full closet, 2 living room sofa, new A/C, electric fire place, new kitchen appliance, new washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen essentials and basic cooking supplies. 2 smart TVs/ airplay with sound bar, and Wi- fi also Queen airbed available

Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.
