Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Inside, the three king sized bedrooms feature luxury bedding beneath vaulted, oak-beamed ceilings and period windows. Sky TV, Sonos speakers.

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Welcome to The Old Dairy! A beautifully converted barn, close to Charlecote Park, 3 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford and a short drive to the Cotswolds and the NEC Birmingham. On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

A beautiful Chalet styled home & sun deck in a stunning park with the facilities of a unique styled club house which offers a restaurant/bar/sky tv/BT sports evening entertainment set on the banks of the River Avon. The club also provides a water taxi which travels along the scenic river directly into the fabulous centre of Stratford upon Avon with the world renowned Swan Theatre and other cultural attractions. Child and pet friendly. A £10 charge per night for pets, payable on arrival.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. Should you have any questions about the local area do message or knock on the door when you're here and we will answer these.

The Loft House is situated 3 miles from Stratford upon Avon and 4 miles from historic Warwick, the public bus runs between the two towns every hour with a stop 200 metres from the Loft House entrance. It has full gas central heating, all linen is supplied offers a cosy comfortable lounge with TV and radio, a fully equipped dining/kitchen, one large bedroom, with en suite including bath and shower. There is also a walk in wardrobe and storage for cases etc.

Cherry Tree Cottage is a stylish, spacious yet cosy and practical barn conversion set in a peaceful countryside location just outside the pretty village of Barford. 4 miles from Warwick, 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, 1.2 miles from M40 motorway, 6.5 miles from Warwick Parkway station and 24 miles from Birmingham Airport. Cherry Tree Cottage is ideal for that staycation, a base for visiting local attractions or a base for those working away from home.

Welcome to Wellington Cottage, an 1800’s cottage having been lovingly restored to provide a comfortable modern space, garden and patio and off road parking for two cars. It is a 20 minute walk to Stratford upon Avon centre with the RSC theatre, river and local tourist attractions. You are also welcome to bring your well behaved pet(s) on holiday too. An ideal base for visits to the Cotswolds, Leamington Spa and many National Trust properties.

A Brand new cosy Shepards hut for two, Relax in the countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our beautiful Shepards hut has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. It is completely on its own with totally private use of all the space you can just relax and forget about the world during your stay. The Shepards hut is a cosy space with views of of our beautiful horses to the front and a lovely nature pond to the left.
