Cute cottage with private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake. Enjoy the relaxation of lake living using the included kayaks/paddle boards or take a day trip to the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or the Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the screened in porch, cooking on the new grill, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and playing cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

This upper level bachelor bunkie sleeps 2 in the open concept room. Separate bathroom with large shower. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave and air fryer/toaster oven combo. You can either sit on the south deck overlooking a marina to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Out on the north deck you can BBQ a delicious meal.

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Located directly on a St Lawrence River Trib, you are a 10 minute boat ride to Chippewa Bay on the St. Lawrence & 13 min to the renowned fishing waters of Black Lake. We are just a short ride to Alexandria Bay with boutique shops, restaurants/night life. Several tackle shops nearby. Close by to Singer Castle, many beautiful state parks within 10-20 min! Gorgeous stars on the deck at night! Kayaks available!

King bed, 1 twin upstairs, 2 folding cots, comfy couch for sleep. Bathroom downstairs. WIFI; FireTV, HDMI cord; TVs w/DVD.

Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Create unforgettable memories as you paddle or fish on the quiet lake, watch the herons fly by, listen to the loons or spot an otter or two!

Come to The Lake House Loft for a relaxing visit!

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

The Lakeview cottage

Our cottage is the perfect place to relax with family or a few friends, and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.

Welcome to Headlands Estates in the heart of Rockport. This 2022 built 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom 1400 sq/ft bungalow sits on a 1.5 acre lot and has so much to offer. Centrally located between the historic cities of Kingston and Brockville and only a 3 mins drive from the bridge to the USA. This property is a few hundred metres to the boat launch, thousand island tours, and Rockport Barn and in the middle of everything you could want to enjoy the summer.

Located on the Big Rideau Lake. Right on the water. Relax on the dock with your morning coffee. This Log Home will give you and your family an experience of a life time. You can relax outside by the fire pit, sing songs, roast marshmallows. The Log Home has everything you need for your stay! There is so much to do with you and your loved ones. Take a kayak ride from out dock feel energized or use Rideau Retreat as a Bridal Suite.
