A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets allowed. Welcome.

A cozy writer's studio under the roof on a calm street next to Stockholms biggest park Gärdet and the vast recreational area Djurgården. Great communications with buses leaving from the block every 10 minutes and only two blocks from the nearest underground station. A small pentry underneath the skylight with a microwave and a Nespresso machine. Perfect for anyone fed up with boring hotel rooms who wants something special.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
