I have sourced vintage furniture in the Dallas Design District & local yard sales & antique shops. Some pieces are original to the house! Modern comforts have been layered in to promote a multi-generational space. Brew coffee with the percolator & sip it out on the porch. Listen to small town sounds & shoo the neighbors’ chickens out of the yard. Analog home. No Wifi.

Located on a 300-acre ranch, you’ll have access to private meadows and marked trails where wildlife wander freely. Nearby discover charming 1800’s towns with main street shops, restaurants, wineries and other historical sites including one of the oldest movie cinemas in TX. At night gather around the firepit to enjoy incredible stargazing far away from city lights.

Come witness the most tranquil sunrises and sunsets the Texas Hill Country has to offer! Your 5 acre retreat includes a 3 bdrm, 2 bath house that is nestled between a goat ranch and a sheep ranch. Watch the sheep roam around the property, or walk over to the goat's fence and watch the babies play! You'll also be neighbors with a cow, and likely spot some deer in the area. The home sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. We are able to accept groups of 8 ONLY if 2 or more of the guests are children.
