Self contained air conditioned private studio with view of pool/garden at rear of residential house. Suit couples. Full use of pool/outdoor area. Modern decor. Large screen wall mounted TV with free to air and video access. Smart TV. Kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, kettle and essential cutlery and crockery, tea and coffee, Bathroom/laundry, shower and toilet. Queen bed. 40 square metres. Great location, approx 15 mins walk to Bar Beach, CBD, Hamilton,The Junction and Darby street cafes.

Little House on Dawson

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)
