My place is close to Rugby and Cricket stadiums, Waterworld, Netball courts, BMX track, Te Rapa race course, river walks and popular Sugarbowl Cafe, one minute from bus stop into the city.. You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Suburban Sanctuary

Comfortable, self contained apartment with fast reliable wifi. Well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom/laundry. A Heat Pump/Air Con is provided. The 44 square metre apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 storied home. We live upstairs. There is minimal noise as the house is concrete/brick construction. Plenty of space for a couple or single guest. Great for families/groups up to 3 guests for short stays. Guests may have visitors but we are not a party venue. You have your own private access.

Come and enjoy our private, modern two bedroom apartment, quiet and private with its own entrance. Located perfectly just 10 mins drive from central Hamilton and also 10 mins from the airport, Mystery Creek, the Velodrome, Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Uni and Ruakura. It is fully self contained with a modern kitchen and spacious living area. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.
