Bright, modern apartment in Linlithgow

This wonderful modern apartment is situated on the union canal and right next to Linlithgow golf course. Less than 15 minute walk to both Linlithgow Palace and train station via a stunning canal stroll. Public swimming pool only 5 minute walk away. Golf course 2 minutes away. There is an open plan living space with a sitting area and double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchen and dining table for four. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full modern bath and shower area. Parking is on a private driveway with ample space for multiple cars. Great central base.

Attractive and well equipped outhouse recently built as part of a self build project. Bright aspect with double glazed floor to ceiling windows and well insulated. Set within large garden and adjacent to owners house. Located within countryside and only 2.5 miles from the historic town of Linlithgow. with railway links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. Ideally placed within the central belt to visit many of its attractions and 11 miles from Edinburgh airport. A continental breakfast included.

Tastefully decorated, incredible location, comfortable and cozy. Sleeps 2 in single beds, has fast WiFi, secure parking, and a large private deck with incredible views of the Wallace Monument & Stirling Castle - Scotland's most distinctive landmarks, and a short drive from Doune Castle, featured in Outlander with series 7 being filmed nearby. Situated conveniently near Stirling Uni and the charming Bridge of Allan; coffee shops, fish & chips, boutiques and The Trossachs are within easy reach.

Rural oasis in the centre of town. Two minutes walk to train station. Private parking. Large bedroom with king size bed and optional single z-bed, and baby cot. Shower room. Detached, main door access. No cooking facilities. Two minutes walk to the High Street with great dining options. Professionally cleaned, wifi, nespresso, mini fridge, kettle. Bed linen and towels included. Great for star gazing, bat spotting and welly wearing. Great too for commuting to Scotland's cities.

The pet friendly (two max, contact me B4 booking for others) self contained unit is a detached annexe, internal dimensions are 6m x 4m. It has modern amenities having been completed in May 2021. The guest house is ideally located in Central Scotland with motorway access to all areas North, South, East and West 5 minutes drive from the location. The railway station at Falkirk High with a journey time of 20 minutes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh is a 10 minute drive.

Separate toilet shower room off bedroom. Airth is almost equal distance from Stirling (7 miles) and Falkirk (6 miles) and bus stops are less than a minute walk.
