The Turkey Coop in Turkey, Texas!

Enjoy our cottage in a quiet neighborhood nestled down a tree-lined street just a few blocks off Main Street in Turkey. Our property will be the perfect place to host you and your family/friends while visiting Turkey. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with an open concept living and kitchen area. The living room has a 55” TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, dishes and utensils for the chef in your group.

Converted Historic Jailhouse

This converted Historic Hall County Jailhouse has all the modern convenances of today's living amongst the early 1900's jailhouse remnants. This brick fortress of a structure is surrounded by an old iron fence. Inside you will find old iron gate, all the jail keys for decades past, even two jail cells with solid metal walls and door windows with bars. Hard to imagine all the stories that this building housed.

Sheriff's House next to Jailhouse

This former Sheriff's house sits next to the Historic Jailhouse (which is also a vacation rental property) . A separate outbuilding in the back that also held inmates is used as a shared space with the jailhouse and has a pool table. This is a cozy one-bedroom home with an outdoor fenced yard. There is a wonderful, covered outdoor seating and dining area that is a shared space with the Jailhouse property.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset view as well as wild animals passing through. Your stay is only a few minutes away from town but far enough away to give you that different "country" experience.

Clean 3 bedroom house 1 mile from 287

Quiet place located just outside of town but close enough to all the amenities. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

Cotton Farmhouse Getaway

Tucked on a quiet corner lot along the edge of town, this under-1000 square foot vintage farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat with wide Texas skies and small-town charm. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits just a couple blocks off Highway 287, but far enough away to avoid the hum of traffic making it an ideal stop for travelers, hunters, and families visiting Memphis.

Enda’s Cottage on the Hilltop was once a cafe known as The Hilltop owned by a local’s mother named Edna. The building has been several businesses since then, but it was most recently converted to a place to allow wonderful guests of Turkey to lie their head!

Cotton Canyon Oasis

Beautiful views of Caprock canyon, cotton fields, wildlife and more. Property has a 1 acre pond 300 feet from the house which makes for a great relaxing stay. The property has a barn and pens and all the facilities needed when traveling with livestock.
