Our little snug has been recently transformed in to a very stylish cosy apartment. We invite you to enjoy a relaxing experience at our apartment in Witney with green & peaceful views. A children’s park opposite. Just a short walk in to the centre of Witney.A bus stop 1minute away that takes you into Oxford. Lots of places to visit just a short drive away, including Jeremy Clarkson's pub 'The Farmers Dog' & farm shop which is 10minutes drive. Burford (7m) Oxford centre (10m) Blenheim Palace (8m)

Steeped in History, The Bothy, Wilcote Manor, OX7

The Bothy, converted from a grain store on a working farm at Wilcote Manor, in a quiet, beautiful hamlet on the edge of the Cotswolds-fabulous walks from the door. The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. For the tennis court-just ask for availability The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Rose May cottage is located on a 430 acre historic farm which now houses stables. Walks around the farm are welcomed. The living area has French doors which lead to a private garden. There is a separate well equipped kitchen. All located on the ground floor is a bathroom, a large double bedroom with an *adjoining* small twin room (perfect for families). Parking directly outside. Ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim palace, Cotswold Wildlife Park and many nearby landmarks.

Securely located in gardens of family home, ideal for exploring Clarkson’s Farmer’s Dog pub/shop, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Bourton on the Water, Bibury, Stow, Burford, Slaughters, Bicester Village. Large kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet & v. spacious dining room & lounge. Outdoor patio seats. 2 double bedrooms - access to second room via the first & thru a smaller room (with the red futon), so best for families/good friends.

Relax in a peaceful annex minutes from Blenheim Palace, Woodstock & Oxford close by. With countryside views, parking, complimentary breakfast provisions & underfloor heating, an ideal base for exploring or working. Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace, Witney, Kidlington, Oxford all very close & easy travelling to Bicester Village, Diddly Squat Farmshop, The Farmers Dog and Cotswold villages.

We are a 10 minute drive from Blenheim Palace and Estelle Manor, 20 mins from Soho Farmhouse and 30 mins from Daylesford and Oxford's dreaming spires. This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small
