This is a two-room independent cottage located in an upscale neighborhood of Pasadena full of century-old trees. Each room has its own access door to the bathroom. Kitchen and dining area are in the studio. It is very close to CalTech, Huntington Library and Westfield Mall. The rate is $145 for two guests & $30 for each additional guest. *One king bed & one queen bed *Free on-premises parking *Tennis court *Self-entry. *Refrigerator *Laundry *No meals *Pool is not heated and no hot tub.

Located approximately 10 minutes from Village Walk in Pico Rivera, Uptown Whittier (restaurants, vintage movie theater, shops), 20 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles, Staples Center, LA Fashion District, LA Convention Center, LA Live, Coliseum and USC, and 30 minutes from Disneyland. Or simply stay in and enjoy the swimming pool, bbq, and basketball court! The waterfall slide and Jacuzzi are not standard features.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
