This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. Driveway parking for 2 cars. 1 min walk to Crest Park, 3 min walk to Crest Sporting Complex, Velodrome & Steven Falkes Reserve. Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Our clinker brick feature wall reveals the heart imprint seen on real Sydney convict bricks. Our street was built in the 1880's. Our building was completely rebuilt in 2018/2019. Our location & neighbourhood is inner west Sydney at its best. We are just 280 metres from Erskineville Station, which means we are just 15 minutes from the Opera House and 9 minutes from Darling Harbour- 160 ms. from Erko. village- 700 ms. from King St. Newtown. We are 1.2km from the Aust. Technology Park.

House is located in inner northwestern Sydney and 10 kilometers from CBD. It takes approximetely 15 mintues to drive or 20 mintues ride by bus to the city center. Express bus 500X and 501's bus stop is at the door step. These buses passes through main tourist spots, such as Darling Harbour, Sydney City Townhall and Circular quay. This house is on a quiet street and close to Parramatta riverside walk track. Aldi supermarket and Ryde Aquatic Center are only mintues walk.

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
