Rare Villa right on the beach!

Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! You will love this 120m2 beach-front Villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for couples or families. Two of the bedrooms are large enough to add a baby cot; the other cannot, but is suitable for children.The living room is superb. Outside, the partially covered terrace with dining and sun bathing area leads directly to the beach with great views to the nearly islands. Full wi-fi is included + internet TV . The swimming pool is behind the villa just a moments walk away.
