Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. The villa is located in the village of Gladloka by the Kolpa River with its own beach, in the municipality of Kostel. We have equipped Villa Fani to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of €5.00 per night, which is to be paid directly to us.

The garden is open, green and enjoyable, great as a starting point for a nearby walking trails and as relaxation endpoint after hikes.
