Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

Frisk luft i lugn skogsmiljö

Alldeles för sig själv, längst bort på vår tomt ligger vår lilla stuga i en skogsglänta. Här är lugnt och tyst. Bara natur och på badrocksavstånd finns en varm badsjö. Hela området genomkorsas av härliga promenadstråk och det är en knapp km ner till havsviken. Herrbret, som vi kallar stugan, har en härlig altan i solläge på framsidan. Allt är fräscht och nybyggt i gammal stil men med modern standard och utrustning. Stugan är avsedd som en skön avkopplande oas för två personer i naturens närhet

Shopping center in Mölnvik 1.5 km away has everything to offer. A 10-minute walk takes you to the bus to Slussen in just over 20 minutes. Own outdoor grill and possibility for breakfast packages.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.
