Pet-Friendly - Hot Tub & Pool - Walk to Slopes

Settle in after a day of skiing or hiking at our pet-friendly Grand Lodge studio! Featuring two king beds, a modern kitchenette, high-speed WiFi, and smart TV. Dive into the Grand Lodge’s on-site amenities: hot tub, pool, gym, and steam room. Unwind by the fireplace in the lobby. You’ll be perfectly situated in Mountaineer Square: steps from the lifts and adjacent to the free shuttle that gets you to Elk Ave in 10 minutes. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.

Historic Main Street Lofts (2nd floor)

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is a half hour away and is the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

The Pine Street Carriage House

Be our guest in a bright new carriage apartment above the garage. Warm, in-floor radiant heat and gas fireplace for cozy nights. Feels spacious with lots of windows and 9 ft ceilings. Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Annie's Place in the heart of Crawford

North Fork Valley gem! Located in the heart of Crawford, steps from North Fork Boardwalk Restaurant & Bar & across the way is Lazy J popular local coffee shop. Easy access to outdoor adventures in the West Elk Mountains, Crawford State Park and Reservoir only a mile away. North Rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park only a short drive. Home base for hiking, fishing, hunting and winery tours. Music, Art, GREAT FOOD. Great Hikes in the West Elk Mountain Range & EPIC Needle Rock.

Craftsmen Cabin

Experience staying in an original late 1800's one room log cabin restored and upgraded with all the modern comforts and amenities in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and 3 blocks to bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

This two-story, two bedroom, two bath corner unit can sleep up to 6 guests & feels more like a home than a townhome or condo. The private space offers beautiful, western-facing views towards the town of Crested Butte below, Oh Be Joyful Range, Mount Emmons & Red Lady Bowl. Huge picture windows, a sun-soaked deck with homemade Adirondack ski chairs in the summer & fall, a private lawn and a cozy gas fireplace - the perfect après ski spot with friends & family. The sunsets are spectacular.

Mountain Hideout! Steps from Shuttle! Hot Tub!

Mountain Hideout is a cozy 1bd. with easy access to the hot tub and ski shuttle, both just outside your door! This comfortable and quiet mountain getaway has a full sized kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and cooking necessities. If you prefer to eat out, simply take a 5 minute walk to Base area or hop on the free shuttle! The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate a third guest. Separate storage room provided for skis, bikes, and other belongings! A great bonus! No pets.

Gunnison Riverside Cabin

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Cozy Coyote Cabin

Please note! We are in the mountains and a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended for winter travel. Welcome to beautiful Paonia and your cozy and peaceful cabin getaway. Just 3.5 miles from the town of Paonia means you're oh-so-close yet so far away from it all. Stillness, beauty, and relaxation. If you're looking for a little cozy reconnect with nature and a disconnect from the rat-race, you've found it. The Coyote Cabin is perfect home base for exploring the abundant North Fork Valley.

Those wishing to bring a pet, please contact host rather than instant book. Pets must accompany guests whenever leaving loft.
