Discover the gorgeous landscape that Roslyn and John have surrounding Coolabah Pines. A tranquil place, for a restful, rural time. Awake to the pleasant sound of the birds singing and grass rustling in the breeze. Cows, sheep and horses graze quietly in the distant paddocks. Centrally located if you are wanting to visit Bungonia Gorge, historic Goulburn, Canberra, Crookwell or Bungendore. A fire pit can be used during the cooler months, April until August. Easy parking. The Coach House on Cartwright

Totally unwind at The Coach House. Built in 1870,you’ll fall in love with it’s rustic charm. If only it’s beautiful stone walls could talk! Step through the old gates and you’ll feel miles from anywhere but you’ll be right in the heart of Australia’s first inland city known for its classic Victorian architecture, cathedrals and parks. So much to see and explore within 100 steps! Relax and dine under the shady vine covered pergola or snuggle in on a chilly day and enjoy a wine by the wood fire!

Or as a base for an adventure - bush walking, mountain biking, wildlife spotting - or perhaps exploring the Southern Highlands foodie hot spots is more your thing. The Flower Shed

Welcome to The Flower Shed. A small magical space in Collector, NSW only 2 minutes off the Federal Highway. The Shed is adjacent to the main house, but is very private. Comfy Sofa bed/couch. We have thought of everything you need for an overnight stay or 2. There is a practical kitchenette for you including a fridge, toaster, electric cooktop, microwave and kettle. Relax and enjoy. Double insulation and reverse cycle air conditioner for cosy Winter nights or cool Summer days. No cats allowed.

Dovolj | Dobro

Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

The Barlow Tiny House

StarGazer - Beautiful lake views

Mystic Ridge Estate offers ‘StarGazer'. Be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic lake views as the property is situated on the west ridge overlooking Lake George. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. You are encouraged to view it before it dries up again! We have three accommodation choices on the property so please check out the other two listings!

Tawillah Milton Luxury Retreat for Couples

Tawillah is an exclusive accommodation for one couple with a king size bed. It has commanding views of Milton countryside and the nearby Budawang Ranges. The space features high quality finishes throughout. The generous bathroom has a stone bath, separate double shower and underfloor heating. Outside there is a large deck with sun lounges, fire pit and outdoor shower. This beautiful accommodation is just 2 minutes drive to Milton town and 5 min to Mollymook beach.

Sedalia Farm Cottage - stunning rural retreat

Enjoy the serenity and truly picturesque backdrop of captivating rural vistas at this unique charming, private stand alone cottage that sits separately from the main farm house. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

Welcome to The Barn at Nguurruu. A place we have created to share our biodynamic farm, near Gundaroo on the Southern Tablelands of NSW. Nguurruu is a luxury two bedroom, self-contained barn in the middle of a working cattle farm. Where native grasslands stretch to the horizon, a river meanders its way gently between ancient hills and where a billion stars blaze at midnight. It's a place to unwind, relax and explore.
