Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home; a filter coffee machine, a Turkish coffee maker, an airfryer, a kitchen chef, and basic essentials such as tea, sugar, and salt ready for your first use. Soap, shower gel, and toilet paper; clean sheets and extra towel sets are provided.

2+1 comfortable and pleasant apartment with a wonderful sea view near the Historical Elevator. The seashore, Konak Square, Alsancak Tram, Üçyol metro station are within walking distance. There are popüler cafes and restaurants nearby. With 500 mbps unlimited internet and wifi6 connection, you can both work online and enjoy Izmir. There is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. We have tastefully decorated our apartment considering the needs of travelers.

Centraal gelegen in Kokkari op steenworp afstand van de gezellige terrassen, het strand en het pittoreske haventje. Het is een volledig gerenoveerd traditioneel Grieks huisje met een buitenterras aan de voordeur in een gezellig straatje. Op de benedenverdieping bevindt zich de separate toiletruimte met wasmachine, de slaapkamer en de ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Op de bovenverdieping is de volledig ingerichte keuken, het lounge gedeelte met slaapbank en een dakterras.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. Our guest house, where you can have a calm and peaceful stay in touch with nature, consists of 50 m2 and 30m2 veranda. It is an environment away from the crowds, both easy to access and slightly isolated from Ataköy, which is a literally forest village.
