Köyün taş fırında pişen meşhur Karakılçık ata ekmeği ve Armola Peynirinin tadına bakabilir , köy pazarımızı gezebilirsiniz .Not: Evimizin bahçesinde sonradan evimize dahil olan 2 adet kedimiz mevcut.

Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Urla Merkez Avlulu Rustik Taş Ev (UrlaHouse No3 )

Tamamen size ait bir avlu ve kendi banyolarına ve tuvaletlerine sahip iki yatak odalı ev. Hem merkezde yaşamanın rahatlığı hem de kendi avlusu ile huzur ve sakinlik bir arada. Sanat sokağı ve Malgaca pazarına 75 metre , Bağ yolu ve denize araçla 15 dakika yakınlıktaki evimiz; sadelik içinde konfor arayan konuklarını bekliyor. Evde yatak odalarının kendi banyoları dışında bir banyo ve tuvalet daha mevcuttur. Banyolar oda içinde ve açık banyodur. Mutfağımız ayrıntılı malzemeler kapsar.

Casa Zen, eşim İtalyan tasarımcı Angelo Bellafante’nin vizyonuyla şekillenmiş bir konfor alanı. Misafirlerini içine alma ve orada tutma gücüne sahip. Defneland owes its name to the more than 500 laurel trees that grow here, on our fully fenced 5000 m2 piece of land also grow an extensive variety of trees and herbs.

Our house, which has its own garden in a secure site at the seaside, is for rent in the summer season (at least 3 day). In our newly restored house three 4 year ago. The house has 2 floors. On the first floor: there is a living room, a kitchen and a small sink. On the 2nd floor: there are 3 bedrooms (2 rooms have a balcony), and a toilet / bathroom. The house is very close to Urla Kite Surf. Surf area can be seen directly from the balcony.
