Our spacious, private and modern 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment is right in the centre of the gorgeous Guildford Town! You will be in a safe and secure building and able to walk everywhere you need! The apartment features complimentary WiFi, a washing machine and a Smart TV for your use. You will be in between Guildford Main Line Station & London Road Station to either zoom you into Central London or out to the Seaside! It is self-check in, however, we live locally and can be at hand for ease!

Sparkling clean flat in Guildford with parking

Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

This quiet modern one bedroom apartment is conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk of the centre of the beautiful town of Guildford. There is private parking and a pretty outlook over your private garden. Riverside and country walks are easily accessible by foot. Quiet, attractive well equipped studio in Farnham.

The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs.
