Located in a quiet neighborhood, this flat is conveniently located next to a bus stop or a 800m walk from the station. 12 minutes drive to Sydney Olympic Park, Westfield Burwood or Parramatta - Queen bed, private bathroom and washing machine - Fully equipped, stylish kitchen with stone bench tops & cooking utilities - Private entry and free unlimited parking. -No house party -NO PET ALLOWED.

Garden Retreat

The place is a small studio, very private. Suitable for 1-2 people. You have your own queen bed, toilet, and bathroom. It's air-conditioned, has a TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, small stove, sink, sandwich maker, and hair dryer, spaces for rest. This room has street parking for free and walking distance to the nearest train station is Yennora, just 500 metres. The trains can take you to the city or Campbelltown. Major shopping centres are in Fairfield, about 1 km away.

Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. JK Family house is a brand new luxury apartment, that includes swimming pool and gym. It situated near to the Merrylands railway station, just 200 meter away. We have approximately 35 local restaurants and stockland shopping centre right across the road. The Sydney central station is just 30 minutes away. The olympic park and city is a 30 minute travel by public transport and the airport is also 30 minutes away by car. Westmead hospital is just a 10 minute travel by car.
