This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

Walkout basement, king bed, portable crib (on request) shower, kitchenette, seating area, natural light. Large backyard, firepit, barbeque, outdoor eating area. I love a clean and bright space decorated with flowers. You can expect that and a quiet environment where you can hear the birds chirping and not much else. There is a plaza across the street with lots of food shopping, the UofG is a 7 minute walk and the local mall is 15 minutes by foot if you like to spend time there. This house is perfect for people who want to relax and cook while they are in town. There is plenty of space (2,300 sq ft) to socialize and unwind with four large bedrooms.

Built in 1867, our attached carriage house has been renovated into a studio apartment. It has a private bath, complete kitchen, sitting area, in-floor heat, coffee and tea. We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.
