"El Bujio de Güejar Sierra" es un coqueto estudio ubicado en el corazón del municipio, frente a la Iglesia Ntra. Sra. del Rosario y la Plaza del Ayuntamiento, con parada de bús en la misma puerta. Está rodeado de bares y restaurantes para degustar su fabulosa gastronomía, así como de supermercados, farmacia, carnicerías. Está a 20 minutos de Granada, a 30 de Sierra Nevada por carretera de Hazallanas y a 1 hora de Motril. Perfecto para amantes del sky y del senderismo, con gran cantidad de rutas.

Muy cómodo y confortable, ofrece equipamiento completo para disfrutar al máximo de tu estancia: cocina completa, calefacción central, wifi, televisión, persianas opacas en todas las ventanas, música, etc. Ideal para dos personas, pero se pueden alojar cuatro. Tranquilidad y descanso garantizados. A media hora de la estación de esquí.

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Planta superior: dormitorios y baño completo. Rutas de senderismo a 5 min a pie desde el alojamiento.

El sueño de un Cortijo Andaluz

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
