The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

From the original wrought-iron balcony is a great south view on the small valley, the creek and the olive trees, perfect for a dinner at sunset or just to relax. Slow rhythms and a stunning nature, hiking, MTB or horse riding and close-by beautiful beaches are the true plus I fell in love with

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
