Luxury House **JoNa** with private Pool (BBQ, A/C)

Lehn dich zurück, entspanne und hab spaß – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Haus . Mit ausreichend Platz bietet dieses Juwel sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Die Terrasse lädt zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden ein während der Pool Dir allein für eine willkommene Abkühlung bereit steht. Die Pool wird nicht beheizt. Die vielen Strände mit BeachClubs und -Bars erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Tritt ein und genieß!

This fantastic house near Guardamar del Segura, on the coast of Costa Blanca, offers six beds in three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare tasty meals. A terrace on the ground floor where you can have breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy the shade in the afternoon. A private sunterrace on the roof, where you can enjoy the sun from morning until night. A community outdoor pool. Guardamar has a fantastic 14 km beach located 25 minutes by car from Alicante airport.

Preciosa casa adosada con barbacoa en la terraza y chimenea interior. Frente a la Pinada de Guardamar del Segura, en urbanización Buenavista. La casa es de un dormitorio, ideal para una pareja. Las vistas son a la pinada de Guardamar y cruzando la pinada se acaba en la playa. El acceso a la playa se hace por un bonito camino elevado de madera que atraviesa la pinada (800 metros). Muy cerca del faro de Santa Pola (en coche) y del pueblo de Guardamar (3 Km.). Aparcamiento en la puerta.

Large duplex penthouse next to the beach Very spacious and bright duplex penthouse, perfect to enjoy the good weather with 3 large terraces (with awning). The main terrace communicates with the independent kitchen and a spacious living-dining room. The property has AC and ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor). The master bedroom on the 1st floor has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and independent terrace.

Located only 50 metres from the beaches of fine white sand and a promenade. It is near to all services, supermarket Mercadona, other shops, restaurants, bars, the spectacular park "Reina Sofía" and big pine park "Alfonso XIII" for walking or biking, tennis courts and Municipal swimming pool.

Se alquila apartamento-estudio atico de 36m con terraza de 7m. Ideal para una pareja. Ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo, lejos de los ruidos de la ciudad. La pequeña playa de la cala Higuera esta a 7 min andando. La playa de Los Locos esta a 15 min. El supermercado Consum esta a 5 min. El apartamento esta equipado con a/a, internet de fibra optica, la tele smart de 55. Hay un sofa cama (160x200). El apartamento dispone del parking privado. No hay piscina.
