Ferienhaus Weber Wilerbädli beim Schwarzsee

Ein grosses, altes Holzhaus, ca. 1860 erbaut, mitten in der Natur. Ideal für Gäste, die das Knarren des Holzes in der Nacht und etwas Staub in den Ecken nicht stört. Das Bädli ist unser Familienferienhaus und schon Jahrzehnte in unserem Besitz. Die Gäste müssen Bad-, Bett- und Küchenwäsche selber mitbringen. Das Haus muss gereinigt verlassen werden, die benützten Räume staubsaugerrein, Küche, WC und Bad geputzt. Es ist kein Luxus-Resort, ist ohne Service und nicht geeignet für Durchreisende.

"Chalet Le 1er" avec vue magnifique

Ce logement paisible offre un espace convivial pour passer des moments en famille, entre amis ou simplement pour profiter de la vue spectaculaire. Il bénéficie de 2 espaces extérieurs (un balcon et une terrasse) orientés sur les pré-alpes. Ce chalet, vieux d'une centaine d'année a été rénové avec goût en 2023. Il offre tout le confort actuel tout en ayant conservé son charme et son authenticité. Vous pourrez profiter de l'intégralité du lieu et du jardin. Un petit jardin potager vous attend.

Paradis cocoon et paysage de rêve

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

Jolie maison en location dans le Pays-d'En-haut. Un endroit extrêmement calme, à La Tine, 1658 Rossinière. Gare à moins de 5 minutes à pied. A proximité de divers sentiers de randonnée et de parcours vélo. Six chambres lits doubles avec 6 salles de bain , cuisine entièrement agencée, salon, 2 salles à manger, buanderie, jardin privé, parking et en hiver garage à disposition. Gemütliches Chalet an einem Bächlein mit wunderbarer Bergsicht. Gartenplatz mit Grill und Terrasse. Sandkasten für Kinder. Abstellplatz für 2 Autos. Zentrale Lage. Bahnhof, Bergbahnen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Mieter des Hauses dürfen die Angebote der Gstaadcard buchen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!
