This studio apt. is on the lower level of a triplex unit that is less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. This is a perfect launching spot to explore our scenic coastline, wine country, & coastal cities. For remote workers, it serves as an quiet and private space to work.
