La casa è dotata di una splendida terrazza con vista mare attrezzata con lettini prendisole, ombrellone e tavolo da pranzo. Parcheggio in box privato nell'autosilo a duecento metri dalla casa. On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

"Villa Rosa"(Codice CITRA: 010007-LT-0139) is a typical Genoese old house recently renewed located at only ten minutes' walk from the beach and the town center. You just follow down a picturesque stream and you are there! The house offers the guests three floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor,living room and kitchen. The 2000 m2 garden and big parking place could have to be shared with the owners. Tourist Tax in Camogli: 2,5 euro per person per night.
